Who Knew? The Beauty of Engineering

If you’ve been to this website before, you know I love photography and often post award-winning photos. But this post is a new one for me because it showcases the beauty of engineering.

But apparently the University of Cambridge Department of Engineering has conducted a 2019 ZEISS Photography Competition, sponsored by the ZEISS scanning electron microscopy division.

I promise these award winners capture images you’ve NEVER seen before! Like the one below. And likely will NEVER see again.
